The cosmetic status display issue has reoccurred but still only affecting the status of Services in the Webex portal. Services remain operational and stable and we are continuing to work with Cisco.

The status display issue remains present, but all services and calls are still stable. Our engineers are continuing to work with Cisco TAC.

Update -
We are seeing cosmetic issues - Webex customers would see their trunks/services constantly changing status. Calls are establishing at the moment, so no service impact. We continue to investigate with Cisco TAC
